Galilée Vernet

Financière Saint James has acquired two office buildings in the heart of the Paris QCA. A major renovation project is now underway to enhance the value of these two prime buildings.

Thanks to its two facades on rue Galilée and rue Vernet, the building, refurbished by the architectural agency DTACC, will combine history and modernity. The Haussmannian facade on rue Galilée will face a modern facade composed of bow windows. Built on a service base, comprising seven upper floors and five levels of basement, Galilée Vernet will develop 4,312 sq.m of space with a rooftop, terraces and a garden on the first floor.
